Security feeds (malware, botnets, phishing) are always enforced for every tenant — the only way to unblock a specific match is a genuine allow-list entry, never a tenant preference. Ad blocking feeds (ads, trackers) are what tenants can opt individual feeds — or all of them — out of on their own Ad Blocking page.
